The castor oil wrap that keeps the oil on you, not on your sheets.
A sealed Seal-Back pad and a wide strap that doesn't roll. Your evening castor ritual, without the towels and cling film.
- Oil stays where you put it. Soft cotton flannel holds the oil against your skin. A sealed layer behind it stops it soaking through to your clothes and sheets.
- A strap that stays flat. The wide elastic strap sits smooth instead of rolling into a rope, so the pad stays in place while you read or watch TV.
- Real cold-pressed oil. A 237 ml amber glass bottle of cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil comes in the kit.
- Warm if you like it. Wear the Froliko™ cordless heat belt over the wrap for gentle warmth, no hot water bottle needed.

The ritual is lovely. The mess isn't.
You lie down for half an hour of quiet. Then you get up to an oily towel, a crumpled sheet of cling film, and a mark on the sheets that won't wash out.
"I followed the instructions clearly step by step and yet the oil always gets on the outside and around the edges of the fabric if I use it overnight."A review of another brand's castor oil pack
"I really like the product but the tying system needs looking at."Trustpilot review of another brand's castor oil pack
Why castor packs leak: the leak gap
Most packs are an open piece of cloth on a thin tie. The cloth wicks oil out to its edges, and there's nothing behind it to stop it. The thin tie rolls up as you move, the pad slides, and the oil goes wherever the pad goes.
- Towels and cling film: hot, crinkly, and still leak at the edges
- Thin ties: roll into a rope and dig in
- Small packs: don't fit, so they slip
"the cloth rolls and super irritating."Trustpilot review of another brand's castor oil pack
The fix isn't more towels. It's a pad that's sealed at the back.
Meet the Seal-Back pad
Three parts, each with one job:
- Soft cotton flannel on the side against you, to hold the oil.
- A sealed Seal-Back layer behind the flannel, so the oil can't soak through.
- A wide, no-roll strap that keeps the pad flat and in place.
Made to fit real bodies
Lots of packs are cut small. Ours has a wide adjustable strap that sits flat across a wide range of waists.
"Its not like the commercials, its smaller, I'm a size 10US for reference and the packs are tight and very small"Trustpilot review of another brand's castor oil pack
Oil you can trust
Cheap packs sometimes come with oil that isn't what it says. One buyer of another brand wrote:
"I have 7 bottles here and are watery, soapy, foaming, lemon-scented"Trustpilot review of another brand
Our oil is cold-pressed, hexane-free castor seed oil in amber glass. We keep the supplier's certificate of analysis on file and can send it to you on request.
Like it warm? Add the belt.
Many people like their castor ritual warm. Choose Kit + cordless heat belt above and strap the Froliko™ heat belt over the wrap. No hot water bottle, no plug, and a safety timer that switches it off.
Start on the lowest heat level and don't fall asleep with the heat on.
Three steps, then relax
Add the oil

Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of castor oil onto the flannel side. Less is fine: it just needs to feel damp, not dripping.
Strap it on

Flannel side against your skin. Pull the strap until it's snug and flat.
Rest for 30 to 60 minutes
Read, watch something, or just lie still. Then take it off, wipe your skin, and store the wrap. Add a little oil next time.

Straight answers
"Isn't castor oil just a trend?" Plenty of people say so, and we won't argue. We don't claim it treats anything. We make the ritual cleaner and more comfortable for the people who already love it.
"Will it help my cramps or bloating?" We don't make that claim. Some people find castor packs make period cramps worse. If pain, cramping or bleeding increases, stop.
