If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, write to info@froliko.com with a description of the work, the URL where it appears and your contact details, and we will investigate.

Accuracy of content

We take care to keep product descriptions, measurements, prices and availability accurate and current. Even so, errors occur. We reserve the right to correct any error, and to cancel and fully refund an order affected by a material mistake in price or description, before the goods are dispatched.

Published dimensions are the specification we manufacture to; finished textiles vary slightly. Colour reproduction depends on your screen.

Product use

Our products are household textiles intended for domestic table use. They are not flame-retardant, not certified for commercial catering use, and not intended as protective equipment. Follow the care instructions supplied with each item and published on our Size & Care page.

This notice and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

Online dispute resolution

Consumers resident in the European Union may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform. We are not obliged, and do not undertake, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we will always try to resolve a complaint directly — write to info@froliko.com first.
