Email is our only customer service channel and it is monitored Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Hong Kong time (GMT+8). We reply within one business day. Messages arriving at the weekend or on a Hong Kong public holiday are answered on the next business day.
What to include
- An existing order — your order number and the email address you ordered with.
- A damaged or incorrect item — a photograph of the item, and of the outer packaging if that is damaged, within 14 days of delivery.
- A return — your order number and which pieces are coming back. Wait for our confirmation before posting anything.
- Sizing — the measurements of your table top.
