What to include

  • An existing order — your order number and the email address you ordered with.
  • A damaged or incorrect item — a photograph of the item, and of the outer packaging if that is damaged, within 14 days of delivery.
  • A return — your order number and which pieces are coming back. Wait for our confirmation before posting anything.
  • Sizing — the measurements of your table top.
